what we do is simple: we create and share delicious dishes & snacks for everyone…
vegan: no meat, fish, eggs, honey or dairy products
vegetarian: could include eggs, honey and / or dairy products (such as butter, cheese…)
flexitarian: includes daiary products, eggs and / or fish but never meat
gluten-free or high in protein dishes are labled seperately
our purpose: we cook, bake & create the way we like it…
fast: all dishes can be prepared in less then 30 or 45 min.
easy: you don’t need special pro-cooking-skills or fancy appliances
healthy: we use regional, seasonal and mostly organic products

a flexitarian diet is based mainly on the consumption of vegetables, fruits, eggs and dairy products. flexitarian meals are primarily plant based. flexitarianism means eating less meat and more vegetables without giving up on the choice to eat fish or meat sometimes.
